Heat and Waste Heat Recovery Systems
BORSIG Process Heat Exchanger company supplies waste heat recovery systems for production facilities using high temperature and high pressure and it is the world leader in this field due to many years of experience, extensive knowledge, efficient engineering, modern production and control methods, and last but not least - skilled employees.
Every recycling system is tailored by BORSIG Process Heat Exchanger company to customer's requirements taking into account important features of production conditions at the customer's facilities. Waste heat recovery systems operate at gas pressures up to 350 bar (35000 kPa = 357 atm), inlet gas temperatures up to 1500°C and vapor pressures up to 140 bar (14000 kPa = 143 atm). Waste heat recovery systems are used in ammonia, methanol, hydrogen, ethylene units, iron smelting direct reduction units, sulfur recovery units, coal gasification units, condensing units as well as in units for production of nitric acid, caprolactam, formaldehyde and recovery systems for partial oxidation process of oil and gas. Waste heat recovery systems are manufactured in any combination and may include: reforming-gas heat recovery boiler, steam superheater (one- or two-stage), high-temperature heat recovery boiler, feed water heater, gas-gas heat exchanger, steam drum, steam cooler, synthesis-gas heat recovery boiler, cooler.
